Tip’s Thai House Now Open in Southridge Kennewick, WA

We have successfully completed our latest design build project in Kennewick, WA called Tip’s Thai House. Tip’s Thai House in Kennewick is the product of a family who decided to risk it all and build their own restaurant. Cooking authentic Thai food runs in their family, and they are now setup for success thanks to Western Equipment Sales. We were happy to design, contract and provide all the equipment and supplies for their new establishment.

Design

We spent a lot of time and hard work designing the restaurant, including overcoming structural issues and partnering with a local architect in constructing a structure to support the make-up air and exhaust hood systems for the kitchen.

We provided the layout, plumbing and electrical specifications, equipment specifications, and worked with the customer to give them the optimal equipment for their menu and goals as a food service establishment.

We assisted with lighting design and selections, built custom counter tops and cabinets for the waitress areas, and other items like a pass through and furniture layout.

Equipment

We had fun helping design the equipment layout with the owners at Tips. The heart of the kitchen has to be the Town Foodservice Equipment two hole wok range custom built in New York, NY. Made in the USA, this range has a waterfall back splash option that cools the back and top of the range so they can be cooking constantly without stopping.

Our Newest Restaurant Build – The Crazy Crab Pot Kennewick, WA

We just completed our newest design build project for a local customer in Pasco. The new restaurant is called The Crazy Crab Pot located in Kennewick,WA off of Hwy 395 and Vista Way. They are offering service similar to other restaurants like the Crab Pot in Seattle, but with a more entertaining atmosphere and a Mexican twist on traditional seafood cooking.

What We Did:
We were responsible for the design of the whole restaurant, general contracting the project, and building the entire restaurant from the ground up. Plumbing, Electrical, lighting design, tile flooring in the back of the house, installation of the hood system and walk-in refrigeration, installation of the cook line, and specification of all equipment. We also sold and installed all furniture in the front-of-house, including the booths and tables, and designed and installed the bar area equipment.

We finished our most recent project, a new restaurant in West Richland, WA called Chicken Shack. This restaurant will boast some really great chicken option for the enthusiast, with their own unique blend of sauces and cooking style.

On the project:

We sold and installed the hood, make-up air and exhaust system and arranged for install of the fire suppression system
Sold the kitchen equipment including refrigeration and cooking equipment.We are very proud of the way it turned out! King Hunter Guide Service out of Desert Aire, WA Gets an Outdoor Cooking Upgrade!

We want to thank King Hunter Guide Service out of Desert Aire, WA for their cooking equipment purchase of a commercial 36″ Star Char broiler, and 6 Burner Range with Oven by American Range! We built a custom setup just for Rich at King Hunter, that included a 72 Equipment stand on 6″ locking casters, Star Charbroiler converted to LP with 4 foot hose, quick disconnects, and a 2 stage LP regulator with adapter for a propane tank. The American Range AR-6 range was ordered for Propane from the factory, and outfitted with a 3/4″ quick disconnect, 12′ 1/2″ propane gas hose, and a 2 stage LP regulator and adapter piece for a large propane tank. We put the range on 4 6″ locking heavy duty casters.

Gooseridge Winery chooses Western Equipment Sales to upgrade their Tasting Room Kitchen

Hannah from Gooseridge Winery came into our showroom looking for help in upgrading their kitchen space out at the new Tasting Room in Richland, WA. We were able to hook them up with a prep sink and faucet, Cadco Convection oven, and other supplies they needed to start offering hot food. Excited to check out the new food! Custom Stainless Work at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Richland, WA

Our general contracting division of Western Equipment Sales just completed a wonderful custom stainless steel installation for a new Kitchen at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Richland, WA. We had custom stainless steel made and ordered for their specific application, and helped with the layout and design of the sinks, position of the their dishwasher, and prep area. Below are just a few pictures of our work. Special thanks to Redeemer Lutheran for the opportunity to do their work, the General Contractor on the project Jeff at Siefken & Sons Construction for working closely with us, Blake at Dependable Appliance for referring us, CMA dish-machines for the Dishwasher, Elkay Foodservice for the custom stainless sinks and worktables, and Corey at Kennewick Industrial & Supply for providing the high quality T&S faucets.

Super Mex in Pasco, WA is getting an upgrade!

We’ve been working out at Super Mex on installing duct work, piping and FRP around their new oven. We had to raise the wall around the oven area, install new FRP all the way up, and put in new duct work for the new hood built into the their brand new oven. Here are some pictures of the job!
